Define section 6e of the RTA
Reasonabley believe he has been driving attempting to drive or charge of a MPV at the time of an accident, provide a test, arrest a person who has provided positive test or failed to cooperate. Must be a personal injury.

A person must produce a document for inspection when required to do so by a constable or other authorised person
