What is honour based abuse?
An incident of crime which involves violence, threats, intimidation, coercion or abuse which has been commited to project the honor of an individual, family or community for breaches of code

What is section 1 and 2 of the protection from harassment act 1997
A person must not pursue a course of conduct which amounts to harassment and he knows or ought to know it amounts to harassment
