Physical - sight, smell, memory, saliva, gastric acid, s,all intestinal secretions (bile, enzymes), colonic mucus, anaerobic environment, peristalsis/segmentation (rapid movement)
Cellular - neutrophils, macrophages, NK cells, mast cells, eosinophils
Adaptive:
Cellular - B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes
