Acetaminophen toxicity

A

Day 1: n/v, malaise, diaphoresis
Day 2-3: RUQ tenderness, oliguria, pancreatitis, increased ALT/AST PT BUN Scr and bilirubin
Day 3-5: day 1 sx reappear, jaundice, hypoglycemia, bleeding, renal failure, encephalopathy, hepatic necrosis, renal tubular necrosis , protenuria, death
Day 5-14: complete recovery if survived
