Power Snatch
Lifter initiates an upward and forward movment. There should only be an upward movement
Power Snatch From Blocks
Nothing Noted
Hang Power Snatch
Does not quickly reverse the motion at the bottom of the movement and the bar is too far away from the body. It is supposed to remain close.
One Arm Dumbbell Snatch
Lifter flexes the elbow during the weighted movement. The elbow is supposed to remain straight until LE are extended and shoulder reaches maximum shrug.
Muscle Snatch
The lifter lifts the bar off of the floor with a stiff leg dead leg movment.
Power Clean
return of the bar to floor incorrectly
Hang Power Clean
The lifter performs the lift to errect… They need more hip flexion prior to the lift.
Dumbbell Hang Power Clean
The dumbbells are too far away from the body instead of close to the body during the lift.
Push Press
The lfiter exceeds the 1/4 (quarter) Squat Depth that is recommended.
Push Jerk
Spotter is present. Spotters are not recommended for this exercise
Split Jerk
The legs split too far apart and they initially correct for the next rep with the back foot instead of the front foot. It is supposed to be the front foot.
