Two-Arm Kettlebell Swing
In the backward movement the lifter rounds his back and the neck is flexed too far
Bulgarian Squat
- The lifter leans forward during the downward movement and in the bottom position
- The lifter foot is not stepped out far enough
Single-Leg Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift
