o It offers assistance to your clients, after the inspection, with the transfer and setup of home utilities—water, gas, internet, etc. There is no cost or obligation – we want to help add value to your business and help our clients during a busy time in their lives. o listing presentations –helps educate potential clients on the home buying process, and even to set expectations that there is no perfect home.
o At showings, it can provide great information to help move buyers forward toward a purchase.

PTP Estimates
As part of every home inspection, we include an option to get local prices for all of the summary items in the inspection report. With this knowledge,
· For listings, you and your client can make decisions on any repairs ahead of time, helping you keep that final sales price as high as possible.
· For buyers, you and your client can have immediate pricing on repairs right after the home inspection, helping you better negotiate with the seller.
