Couldn’t be sacked on the spot, better housing, fixed low cost rent, guaranteed jobs, holiday pay
Disadvantages of the DAF
Couldn’t leave your job, only government could arrange new jobs, low pay, striking was illegal, increased working hours
What is the SdA?
Part of the DAF, improved workers lives
Advantages of the SdA
Improved canteen, chreches, better lighting, ventilation, washing facilities (showers)

Controlled workers free time
Advantages of the KdF
Organised ski trips or tour of Italy holidays
Disadvantages of the KdF
Volkswagen scheme was a scam, Prora was a holiday resort which was never used as WW2 broke out after its completion

gained good land from parts of conquered Europe, food prices increased - paid debts and extra money
Disadvantages for farmers
Government meddling, loss of workers

Nazis helped them which led to more customers (they shut down completely department stores)
