most people view aggression as a negative characteristic however some people think it can enhance performance

what is hostile aggression?
-inflicting harm whether it is physical or psychological on someone else. -It is also referred to as reactive aggression and can be accompanied by anger -situational -can happen because of a loss of concentration

displaying aggressive behaviour in the pursuit of a non aggressive goal,sometimes referred to as channeled aggression -its a general mistake -no intent -links to willingness to win

-involves the use of spreading negative rumours or excluding someone socially -can cause harm as it leads to feelings of rejection -the use of social media has increased relational aggression
