What does article 25 state?
A breach of contract is fundamental if it results in detriment to the other party
What does article 47 state?
The buyer may fix an additional period of time to fulfill obligations
What does article 50 state?
If the product is not as it should be, the buyer may adjust the price as it is considered a non-conforming good

The seller may avoid a contract if the buyer fails to take delivery or pay purchase price
What does article 74 - 77 state?
Damages equal the loss suffered by other party
What is an anticipatory breach?
When one party sees that the other will not perform a substantial part of its obligations; suspension of payment may follow
