What is an international contract?
A contract between two or more countries with foreign elements
What the examples of agreements?

What is a distribution agreement?
The wish to obtain the right to market and to
exclusively or to not distribute the principal’s products.
What is an agency agreement?
An intermediary in business operations and transactions,
which negotiates and concludes such transactions on behalf of and in the name of a principal.
What does article 1 of the Rome treaty include?
Subject matter: contractual obligations, civil and commercial matters
What does article 2 of the Rome treaty include?
Universal application; any law specified by this regulation shall be applied whether or not it is the law of a member state
