Aptitude to hold rights and obligations according to the law
What is capacity to act in law?
Aptitude to lawfully perform legal acts in order to acquire rights and obligations

What does a natural person require?
They carry a commercial business as their professional regular activity & sufficient legal capacity

A person can bear more than one nationality & people can change their nationality

Incorporation theory; the country where the company has its statutory seat & Real seat theory; the country where the company has its real seat and its effective centre of administration
