What is re integrative shaming?

What is stigmatisation? (also referred as spoiled indentities)
is a reputation which is given someone great disapproval in a particular way.
What is stigma?
Negative attitudes, beliefs and stereotypes.
What is self-fulfilling prophecy?

What is intergenerational transmission of crime?
Suggests that any criminal behaviour which occurs in family setting will likely be absorbed and imitated by children later in life.
A real life example of labelling theory?
An example of how labelling theory can be applied is the case of a young person who engages in minor delinquent behavior. If they are caught by law enforcement and labelled as a “troublemaker,” they may internalize this label and start associating with other delinquent peers, leading to further engagement in deviant behavior.
