What is an application form and what details may it ask for?

A

It is a standard form created by employers and completed by applicants.
Applicants complete sections detailing e.g. personal details, qualifications, experience/employment history, additional information like hobbies and interests, why they are suitable for the job etc.

What is a CV?

A
