7
Q

what happens in initiation?

A

primary epithelial band develops at approx 6 weeks, and appears as thickening in epithelium of embryonic mouth (stomodaeum). primary epithelial band divide into 2 parts at about week 7: vestibular lamina (buccal sulcus) and dental lamina (enamal organ).

Q

what is found in bud stage?

A

dental lamina thickens into bud stage enamel organs. ectomesenchymal condensation appears which is the dental papilla.

Q

what happens in cap stage?

A

enamel organ form a cup over dental papilla. enamel organ consist of external enamel epithelium and internal enamel epithelium.

16
Q

what happens in bell stage?

A

more cell layers are differentiated and tooth shape is being defined.

17
Q

which 4 cell layers is found in bell stage enamel organ?

A

stratum intermedium, stellate reticulum, internal enamel epithelium, external enamel epithelium

18
Q

what shape cell is stratum intermedium?

A

spindle shape cell

19
Q

what happens in 12th for tooth development?

A

extension appears on lingual side of dental lamina. that is the dental lamina for the permanent successor

20
Q

when does the 1st permanent molar germ develops?

A

about 16th weeks

21
Q

what happen in late bell stage?

A

crown shape is well defined
Apposition of enamel and dentine begin

22
Q

when is the late bell shage of enamel organ?

A

about 18 week IUL

23
Q

what does enamel knot do?

A

number and location of enamel knot is the number and location of the cusp
It give the shape of tooth

24
Q

what cell differentiate into odontoblast?

A

dental papilla cell adjecent to IEE

25
Q

what does odontoblast produce?

A

dentine matix

26
Q

what cell differentiate into ameloblast?

A

internal enamel epithelium

27
Q

when does IEE cell differenciate into ameloblast?

A

after dentine formation begun (by odontoblast differentiated from dental pipilla cell)

28
Q

what does ameloblast produce?
