It is a 10-15 minute on-the-site meeting held to keep employees alert to work-related activities and events such as accidents, illnesses, etc.

Who are included in Management Support?
PM, CM, SM, QM, SIC, SI, Supervisors, etc.
What are included in careful planning?
Schedules, Topics, Leader
What are included in meeting proceeding?
Introduction, Draw participants opinion, and summary
They must be informed on the benefits of TBM so it will be approved and Their physical participation is critical
Management Support
Planning include questions like:
- When should the meetings be held?
- Who will be required to attend the meetings?
- What topics will be discussed at the meetings?
- What kind of records will be kept detailing the meetings?
When should the meetings be held?
- Everyday before the start of work or shift
- Every Monday or start of the week
- Any day of the week as selected
- Every first Monday of the Month
Who must attend?
- All workers in a certain group, a section or small workers group
- All workers of different trades on each work area
At least five topics during toolbox meeting:
- Housekeeping
- Electrical Hazards
- Scaffolding
- Excavation
- PPE
Advance notes containing concerns by the presiding personnel
Records
Who will reside the meeting?
- Supervisor
- Foreman
- Lead man
- Safety Manager/Officer
- Guests may include Plant Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, etc. who may briefly talk or just observe
