Puff in short, frequent breaths. Each cartridge provides ~20mins of continuous puffing. Clean mouthpiece with soap & water

Blow nose before use. Tilt head back and insert tip into nostril. Spray once in each nostril; breath through mouth. Do not sniff, swallow or inhale through nose. Wait 5 mins before driving or operating heavy machinery.

Max: 300mg/day
Dose: 150mg QAM for 3 days then 150mg BID
▪ Take 2nd dose 8hrs after 1st dose to ↓insomnia

Varenicline
Chantix - Dosing
Start at least 1 week before quit date
Take after eating and with a full glass of water.
Not recommended to take with other smoking cessation meds

MOA: α4-β2 nicotinic receptor agonist → ↓withdrawal sx & inhibits surges of DA (reinforcement & reward associated w/smoking)
▪ Tapering NOT required for DC

Warning: Serious neuropsychiatric events, Seizures
ADR: Nausea, Insomnia, Abnormal dreams, HA
