Using shipping containers to transport good around the world rather than loading and unloading goods off boats individually

Over time, transport improves so it takes less time to move distances

Relating to the characteristics of a population, including age, gender, wealth and health
Rural
Countryside areas, in the UK an area is classed as rural if it has a population of below 10,000

Towns and cities, in the UK it is an urban area if its population is above 10,000
