A

your time orientation influences your decision making; whether you eat an apple or not depends on whether you view the behaviours present or future costs and benefits.

on the whole, having a Future time orientation is linked to better long term health behaviour choices.

CFC and engagement in regulatory behaviours were measured. found those who had High CFC responded best to future cost/benefit framed message, low CFC responded best to present cost/benefit framed message..
