TAC - Tetracaine, epinephrine (adrenaline), cocaine (traditional, not used very much anymore)
LET - Lidocaine, epinephrine, tetracaine (safer w/o cocaine)
EMLA - eutectic mixture of local anesthetic - lidocaine and prilocaine (needs 90 min to work)
