Topical anesthetics neumonics

EMLA
TAC - Tetracaine, epinephrine (adrenaline), cocaine (traditional, not used very much anymore)
LET - Lidocaine, epinephrine, tetracaine (safer w/o cocaine)
EMLA - eutectic mixture of local anesthetic - lidocaine and prilocaine (needs 90 min to work)
Most likely local anesthetic to cause an allergic reaction? what is a good replacement for it?
Lidocaine (and amide with a paraben preservative), replace with procainamide (as esther).
Longer acting anesthetics used often with dental pain
