What is the rule of 3`s?

A

SPs of 1-3 is on the same level as the TPs
SPs of 4-6 is a half segment below there TPs
SP`s of 7-9 is on same level as the inferior SP
T10 SP is on same level as inferior TP (T11)
T11 SP is half segment between T11 and T12
T12 SP is on same level as the T12 TP
