more symmetrical in flexion or extension
How do you diagnose type 2 mechanics?
Rotation and sidebending to the same side
Ex: FRRSR
When does it follow type I mechanics?
When symmetrical in neutral gets asymmetrical in flexion or extension
How do you diagnose type I mechanics?
Sidebending and rotation are to opposite sides
EX: F RR SL
