FROM aponeurosis

O: pubic bone (crest and tubercle), anterior iliac crest, and abdominal aponeurosis
I: inferior borders of R5-12
A: flexion, lateral flexion and CONTRALATERAL rotation of trunk. Posterior pelvic tilt.
N: intercostal (ventral rami T7-12)
Art: posterior intercostal. Subcostal. Inferior epigastric. Deep circumflex.

O: inguinal ligament. Pelvic crest. Thoracolumbar fascia
I: R10-12 and abdominal aponeurosis
A: flexion, lateral flexion and IPSILATERAL rotation of the trunk. Posterior pelvic tilt.
N: intercostal (ventral rami T7-L1)
Art: posterior intercostal. Subcostal. Inferior epigastric. Deep circumflex.

I: lesser trochanter (merges with Psoas major)
A: flexion and lateral rotation of thigh @ hip. Anterior pelvic tilt.
N: femoral nerve
