Standing Straddle / Standing Split
Plant your right foot, plant your left foot both legs straight
Nose to your knee
Bend your right knee, walk your hands forward
Bend your left knee, heel towards your seeat
Extend your leg towards the ceiling
Turn your leg out and flex your foot
Squeeze the base of your left seat for 10, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
Bend your knee, place your foot down
Keep your head low as you turn to face the back wall
Nose to knee
Bend your left knee, walk your hands forward
Bend your right knee, heel towards your seat
Extend your leg towards the ceiling
Turn your leg out and flex your foot
Squeeze the base of your left seat for 10, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
Bend your knee, place your foot down
Keep you head low, quarter turn to the right, grab your ankles or calves
Pull your chest close
Bend your knees, hands on your thighs and roll up slowly
Head is the last to lift
Lunge/Splits Stretch
Change music
Come to the center of the room
Take a big step forward with your left foot
One hand on either side of your foot
Right arm comes up, side bend
Look under your right arm
Right elbow comes across your body
Clasp your hands and twist
Back to center
Option to reach for your right foot with your left hand
Anchor your left shoulder to your thigh, elbow wide
Carefully let go and shift your weight back
Seat up, chest up, chin up, foot is flexed
Option to stay here or slide forward into your split stretch
Press yourself up and back
Switch sides
Take a big step forward with your right leg
One hand on either side of your foot
Left arm up, side bend
Look up under your left arm
Left elbow comes across your body
Clasp your hands and twist
Back to center
Option to reach for your right foot with your left hand
Anchor your right shoulder to your thigh
Carefully let go and shift your weight back
Seat up, chest up, chin up, foot is flexed
Option to stay here or slide forward into your split stretch
Press yourself up and back
