Lets stretch it out
Fold your right leg in, left leg long on the carpet
Left arm down, right arm up and over, stretch
Nose to knee, reach for your toes
Stay low, bring your right leg out to meet your left and stretch

Take a shoulder width grip on the barre
Walk back folding yourself in half
Heels together, toes apart
Extend your left leg behind you

Turn your left hip out slightly
Soften the bend in your right knee
Tuck your hips under

Lift, heel to your seat, straighten, then lift     8x  -  8x8's

*Tapering the outside of your seat and hip
