Stay low, bring your right leg out to meet your left and stretch

Quickly come to standing Take a shoulder width grip on the barre Walk back folding yourself in half Heels together, toes apart Extend your left leg behind you Leg is straight, point your toe Turn your left hip out slightly Soften the bend in your right knee Tuck your hips under Little combo Lift, heel to your seat, straighten, then lift 8x - 8x8's Lift, bend, straighten, and lift *Tapering the outside of your seat and hip
