Hamstring Right

A

*Change music, lower volume, NO DEMO
Grab your tube
Place the tube around your right foot
Extend your leg to the ceiling
Left leg long on the floor
Hold close to your foot, hold for a stretch
Open your leg a few inches to the right
Come through to center, one inch to the left
Back to center, get your leg a little straighter, a littler closer

A

Float your left leg up to meet the right
Place the tube around your left foot
Extend your leg to the ceiling
Right leg long on the floor
Hold closet to your foot, hold for a stretch
Open your leg a few inches to the left
Come through to center, one inch to the left
Back to center, get your leg a little straighter, a little closer

Straddle

A
Bend both knees to your chest
Hands under your thighs as you rock up seated
Face the front
Open your legs to a wide straddle
Point your toes
Right arm down, left arm by your ear, side bend
Turn your nose to knee
Float back up
Left arm down, right arm by your ear, side bend
Turn your nose to knee
Float back up
Come to center
Flex your feet
Walk your hands forward, leading with your chest
Release your inner thighs
Slowly roll back up

Forward Fold

A

Slide your legs together, feet stay flexed
Sit tall, circle arms out and up
Hinge forward with a flat back
Relax your head, neck and shoulders
Deep breath in, slowly exhale
One more deep breath in, slowly exhale
Roll up, head is the last to lift
*Change music
*Give yourselves a round of applause, great job today!
