*Change music, turn volume up, dim lights
Come to a neutral spine before flipping over on the mat
Turn over
Upper body stays on the mat, feet on the floor
Feet wider than your hips, turn your toes out slightly
Come high on your tippie toes
Squeeze your seat to lift your hips into a bridge
Little combo
One pressout, tuck right, tuck left
Pressout, tuck side to side 30 sec.
*Last chance to work your seat, thighs and hips!!!

Tuck center to tempo
Tuck, tiny tuck 30 sec.

Feet flat on the floor, little combo
One pressout, tuck right, tuck left
Pressout, tuck side to side 30 sec.

Tuck center to tempo
Tuck, tiny tuck 30 sec.

Last 30 seconds here
Flex your feet, tuckpress to tempo
