- Learned dislike or negative emotional response to a stimulus
Aversion Therapy
- Patient is exposed to a stimulus while simultaneously being subjected to some form of discomfort

Attained by approaching a feared stimulus gradually while maintaining relaxation
Behaviour Therapy
Behaviour therapy uses principles of learning to modify human behavior. One orientation within behavior therapy is the operant conditioning approach, also called behaviour modification.
