All armys to be removed except the ARVN and the North’s army
US support/aid to stop
US troops and equipment and bases to be removed within 60 days
US governemt couldn’t interfear with Vietnamese politics
Prisoners of war and equipment to be exchanged within 60 days
US to give aid for reconstruction in Vietnam
