A capsule surrounding a glomerulus and serving as a collection site for urine.
Bowman’s capsule
A group of capillaries in a nephron

A chemical element that carries an electrical charge when dissolved in water.
Electrolyte
A waste product of nitrogen metabolism. Usually excreted in normal adult’s urine.
Urea
Fluid excreted by the urinary system
Urine
A nitrogenous waste excreted in the urine.
