-County Court and not very formal.
District Judge- no solicitor/barrister needed- if you do you cannot claim back legal fees from loser
-up to £10,000 (up to £1,000 for personal injury claims).
-Arbitration not litigation

Question 3

What is the fast track?

Answer 3

-County court and formal
-District Judge
-between £10,000 and £25,000.
-one day trial must be set within 30 weeks.

Question 4

What is the multi-track?

Answer 4

-High court/ county court
-High court- High court judge
-County court- circuit judge
-more than 25k.
-Depends on complexity of case.
