What is a Bar Chart or Bar Graph useful?
A
Useful when the values or scores fall into the category of nominal or ordinal (discrete) data.

What is a Grouped Frequency Distribution or Histogram?
A
A table that displays the scores of values across a frequency scale.

Where is a variable’s frequency and score located?
A
frequency = y-axis
score = x-axis

Why do we get asymmetrical curves (skewed distribution caused)?
A
Because of extremely high or low score that drag the curve one way or another (positive and negative skew).

Why do we get non-bell shaped curves or Kurtosis?
A
Because of lots of scores in the middle of a curve or in the tails of a curve.
