Answer 1

To lead, develop and manage training on RAF and MOD units throughout the UK and on overseas bases, exercises, and operations around the world. In pursuit of maximising the potential of RAF personnel to ensure the service continues to deliver its operational capabilities at the world-renowned outstanding standard.

What roles may a career as a TrgO see you occupy?

Changing posts every 2-3 years, a career could see me carry out a variety of roles, including: 
- Specialist Training Advisor 
- Course Designer 
- Governance and assurance (developing programs 
  designed to enhance human performance)
- Flying training development
- Parachute Training Instructor
- DSERE Instructor
- Force Development (including AT)

What does the role of RegO entail?

Answer 3

Fundamentally to lead. From the outset, as a Regiment Officer, I will be required to lead, inspire and manage a flight of up to 35 RAF Gunners, assuring RAF bases, equipment and infrastructure at home and overseas by providing world-class Air force protection.
