Define Followership
The capacity or willingness to follow a leader
name the 5 types of followership and the preferred type the RAF would like you to be.
1) protestor - pessimist, un-cooperative, undermining, saboteur, moans out loud, breaks moral.
2) passenger - along for the ride, co-ops but doesn’t buy in, not constructive or interested.
3) prisoner - not interested or there by choice, on compulsory course.
4) participant - enthusiastic, positive attitude, supports the task, buys in, enjoys a challenge, assists leader.
5) pleaser - limited motivation, selfish, show boating, no moral courage.
