• Design/implement PACE processes and controls within Consumer Finance, specifically for the new unsecured lending platform (USL).
• Drive PACE awareness, capability, and accreditation across Consumer Finance.
• Identify automated controls, continuous monitoring, and process optimisation opportunities.
• Support integration of the Citi business into NAB and the migration of over 1 million customers onto NAB platforms.
