A
- First days at CBA; new project during lockdown – a lot of displaced people and uncertainty.
- Warmth, openness, simply connecting.
- Understanding is the basis of love.
- Gained friendships who have remained very close (at my wedding, will be spending Christmas with us, etc.).

A
- Hikone – team lead, got team to accept my vision for uplifting internal tourism in Hikone. Received by in and implementation from Hikone city council.
