  • Performing PACE since May 2021.
  • Joined as PACE Squad lead in January 2023.
  • Worked as Risk Lead in a range of transformation projects during FY24 (including XYZ).
  • I have experience in Project Edge, amongst other areas.
  • I love performing PACE and associated roles.
  • My personal values revolve heavily on living a meaningful life, and I believe meaning is derived from wisdom, altruism, and providing value to others. So, naturally I want a role where I can excel and contribute as much as possible, and due to my history of success, I believe this role is a perfect fit.

  • PACE Coach with experience in Project Edge (and FCO, P&C, T&EO, B&PB).
    o Trained AB during delivery of mapping Project Edge.
  • Designed and delivered training for multiple PACE Coaches (G4, G3, and G2) including some in India/Vietnam.
  • Risk Squad Lead for FY24 projects, and otherwise involved in projects, including:
    o PACE 2.0
    o CCA
    o Risk Profiling (with ORM).
    o ECT
    o UT 2.0

Tell us about your greatest achievement to date and why you are so proud of it. How will the lessons/experiences you have learned benefit you in this role?

A
  • Gaining my degree while working full time, while supporting family physically and financially.
  • I demonstrated excellence and commitment, gained multiple scholarships, and was flown overseas multiple times.
  • I’m the first person within my family to gain a university education and leave the country.
  • Besides the education itself, I learned more about my tenacity and endurance and my innate capability.
  • I’ve used this same tenacity to train as a fighter, climb mountains, and travel solo and commit to intense meditation.

  • I see myself as a project specialist – I’d love to grow in a Project Lead, Business Analyst, or Project Management role within Risk.

What do you think your biggest challenges would be if you take on this role, how would you prepare for those challenges?

A
  • I don’t foresee any challenges within the role itself; I’m adept at learning new areas and becoming an SME.
  • Challenges naturally arise due to the nature of business, so if there’s misalignment between stakeholders then that’s something we can address.
