What are the four S’s to the practicing mind?

A
  1. Simplify it into its component sections
  2. Small. Break the goal down into small fairly easy to achieve sections.
  3. Short. Focus on the goal for only a short period of time.
  4. Slow. Work slowly enough that you can pay attention to what you’re doing. It is a paradox, but the slower you work the faster you will accomplish the task.
