Tarif law: 1879. (BUT THIS DID ANNOY SPD)

Old age and invalidity law amended in 1900 to include accident insurance and pensions. Sickness insurance amended in 1903. Generous 26 week leave. No worker under 13 law in 1908. Imperial insurance law in 1911.
