-More than one sexual partner or a male sexual partner who has had
sex with more than one person
-Male sexual partner who has had a sexual partner with cervical cancer
-Smoking
-HIV
-Organ transplant
-Sexually transmitted infections
-Diethylstilbestrol exposure
-History of cervical cancer or high grade lesion
-Infrequent or absent pap screening tests
