Q

Raising standards to meet the needs of the economy

A

Believes there is a state monopoly on education . This creates a system where there is no competitive edge and no reason for institutions to improve . The solution to this would be to unleash the power of the market and allow the consumer - parents and children to decide , taking power away from bureaucrats and teachers and give it back to the parents - parentocracy
