From ready position
Perform 1 step footwork in front.
With the forehand grip extend arm in front below shoulder level then flick racket with the soft wrist action in a forward upward direction. (To control the flight of the shuttle just above and over the net.)
Then return to ready position.
Drill 1:
Forehand Net shot combination with1 step forward footwork.
From ready position
Perform 2 steps footwork in front.
With the forehand grip extend arm in front below shoulder level then flick racket with the soft wrist action in a forward upward direction. (To control the flight of the shuttle just above and over the net.)
Then return to ready position.
Drill 2:
Forehand Net shot combination with 2 step forward footwork.
From ready position
Perform 4 steps footwork in front.
With the forehand grip extend arm in front below shoulder level then flick racket with the soft wrist action in a forward upward direction. (To control the flight of the shuttle just above and over the net.)
Then return to ready position.
Drill 3:
Forehand Net shot combination with 4 steps forward footwork.
From ready position
Perform 1 step footwork in front.
With the backhand grip extend arm in front below shoulder level then flick racket with the soft backhand wrist action in a forward upward direction. (To control the flight of the shuttle just above and over the net.)
Then return to ready position.
Drill 4:
Backhand Net shot combination with1 step forward footwork.
From ready position
Perform 2 steps footwork in front.
With the backhand grip extend arm in front below shoulder level then flick racket with the soft backhand wrist action in a forward upward direction. (To control the flight of the shuttle just above and over the net.)
Then return to ready position.
Drill 5:
Backhand Net shot combination with 2 steps forward footwork.
From ready position
Perform 4 steps footwork in front.
