7) Immanent - present in the human world & takes on an active role in humanity
explain two ways in which the nature of god influences Christians today (4)
1) omnipotent, Christians believe god created world therefore will take care of environment and nature
2) omnibenevolent, Christians believe god loves all humans with no exception therefore will be influenced to donate to charities as an act of kindness to other humans that are less fortunate

1) believe after death heaven therefore shouldn’t feel grief or sadness as loved one in better place
2) even when life bad in present, god has a plan for everyone, life being bad is a test on belief in god

1) creation story describes god “created the heavens and the earth” in seven days, Christians take care of god gift to humanity which is nature and environment
2) although suffering exists in the world, god is omnipotent therefore there must be an external reason for the existence of suffering for example a test of faith

1) god has loved Christians, so they should show their love back by praying to god
2) they will trust god and understand even suffering has a purpose as a loving god wouldn’t allow his followers to suffer without an external reason
explain two ways in which a belief in God as just influences Christians today (4)
1) christians will be fair and just to others as they have been influenced and experienced the justice of god, for example, they will treat people as innocent until proven guilty
2) Christians will try and bring justice into the world, because god cares about justice so Christians will try to end injustice by donating to charities to help those facing injustice

2) Christians believe that God is eternal that he existed before the existence of time and continues to exist forever

1) God is omnipotent as he “create the heavens and the earth” in 7 days which only a higher being could do.
2) God also resurrected his own son which shows the omnipotence of God as he is able to bring people back to life. This strength gives strength for people to live Christian lives.

1) “God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son.”
2) God loves the world that “for it is by grace you have been saved.” God gives the option of salvation by Grace for those who haven’t earnt it because he loves his creations
