What is an appendix vas?
The testicular appendage located between the body and tail of the epididymis

Elevated PSA, enlarged prostate, blood in urine/semen, back/pelvic/hip/thigh pain, impotence, and decrease in the amount of ejaculated fluid

Hypoechoic
