Q

Why are people in HIC’s moving away from urban areas?

A

-There is infrastructure available for people to commute into a city without having to live there.

-Quality of life in cities is worse due to: pollution, smaller houses, less green spaces, denser populations and rising housing prices.

-Services in HIC’s such as internet as well as less people doing manual work allow people to live in the countryside and work from home rather than having to live in or commute to a city for work.
