Warm Up
This is the main part where you do your exercises.
What to do: Lift weights, run, or do exercises like squats and push-ups.
Main Body
To help your body relax after your workout.
What to do: Stretch your muscles or walk slowly for 5–10 minutes.
Cool Down
The number of times you do an exercise in a row.
Example: Doing 10 squats = 10 ?
Reps
A group of reps with a rest between each.
Example: 3 ? of 10 squats = 10 squats, rest, and do it two more times.
Sets
Weights attached to a machine with guided movement (e.g., leg press, chest press).
Machine Weights
Weights not attached to a machine (e.g., dumbbells, barbells).
Free Weights

Clean Up, Share, Be Quiet, Dress Right, Respect Others, Sanitize, No outside food, No dropping weights or slamming them
