A

Oppression: Unified truth perpetuated through the patriarchal system. (Like critical theory it is the way it is, can’t be changed, men have this, females have this and that’s the way it is even if its not right)

Liberation:

Deconstruction (investigating assumptions) of male oriented measuring systems, which illuminates hidden women’s perspectives . (Terminology wwe use values males over females, Effective leaders are powerful, rational, when emotion and gut may make a good leader)
