Section 20 – short term right to reject:
- Must be exercised within 30 days.
- T must bear reasonable costs and a refund be given within 14 days from the day T agrees to the refund.

Section 23 – right to repair or replacement:
- Applies if S20 not exercised. Must be identical and must be R/R within a reasonable time. T must bear any costs e.g. labour or postage.

- Where a fault occurs within 6 months, it is presumed to have been present at the time of purchase unless T can prove otherwise. Can only be applied under S23 and S24.
