- The T must perform the service again to the necessary extent and must incur any costs to do so.

- The price must be reduced to an appropriate amount up to and including the full amount if:
- Completion of repeat performance is impossible, or;
- The T cannot repeat performance within a reasonable time and without significant interference to the C.
