Does Stress effect The Heart Disease?

A

Stress is a major contributor for heart disease, heart disease is just classified as any disorders that can lead to the imparement of heart muscles and eventually heart failure. Our brain and Nervous System have something called Fight or Flight. This releases Cortisol and Epinephrine into the blood stream. These hormones release fat into the blood stream. If the Fat is not burned as fuel in the blood stream then it can go to the walls of the blood vessels, this is the major cause of blood supply blockage.
