how do you translate “subject and predicate” sentences into arabic

A
  1. take out the “is”
  2. translate words into arabic
  3. give two dammahs to both words in the sentence

if mubtada is nakirah (common noun) then add alif-laam

if mubtada is feminine, then khabar will also be feminine

possessed: mudaaf
possessor: mudaaf ilayhi

A
  1. take out “ of “ or “ ‘s “ which show possession
  2. reverse the sequence only if you take off the “ ‘s “

if you taken off “of” then there is no need to reverse the sequence

  1. replace english words with their arabic equivalents
  2. give mudaaf a single dammah
    give mudaaf ilayhi two kasrahs
